Provider of infusion therapies, specializing in high-quality IV treatments for individuals with chronic conditions, is seeking a talented Financial Analyst. This organization operates through both buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy channels, prioritizing clinical excellence and operational efficiency. The analyst will play a key role in supporting pricing strategies, evaluating reimbursement, optimizing costs, and contributing to financial planning and strategic projects across the business.

Oversee pricing for infusion therapy pharmaceuticals through detailed financial analysis to maximize reimbursement, maintain profitability, and foster revenue growth.

Design and implement pricing strategies using analytical tools and reimbursement data, focusing on both buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy models.

Compare drug acquisition and reimbursement rates among payers, providers, and distributors to ensure competitive pricing and identify opportunities to improve margins.

Identify and recommend cost-saving measures that align with company-wide objectives.

Monitor and report on cost reduction initiatives and performance metrics monthly.

Independently support vendor contract validation and unit cost management through robust financial modeling.

Assess the financial impact of contract terms to aid in negotiations for new or revised agreements.

Create and utilize advanced financial models and analytical techniques to support key business metrics.

Track productivity and commission metrics for business development teams.

Analyze rebate structures and identify opportunities within the infusion therapy market.

Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track reimbursement performance across the product portfolio

Serve as a subject matter expert on complex pricing, reimbursement, and financial modeling issues across departments.
