Job Description

A fast-paced personal injury law firm is seeking a case manager to join our personal injury Pre-Litigation department. The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, knowledge of information technology, and aptitude for personal injury practice.

Job Duties:

We are looking for a candidate to assist the attorney with handling personal injury cases from beginning to the end. The ideal candidate should have the knowledge personal injury cases, and be able to handle insurance claims, investigate the facts of the accident, analyze police reports, ability to gather facts from witnesses, request records, manage medical appointments, and provide spectacular customer service. Moreover, the ideal candidate should also have strong motivation and passion for helping clients after their personal injury accidents.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through completion;

• Excellent inter-personal skills;

• Ability to organize using technology and office tools; and

• Knowledge of Neos client software is preferred.
