Job Summary:

The Network Operations Center Analyst will rely on excellent customer service, problem-solving, trending and analytics to provide detailed reporting on network health and all associated components. Success in this role requires a highly analytical individual with a genuine enthusiasm for technology and a keen interest in technical performance improvement.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Analyze network data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues impacting service quality.

Investigate the root cause of network problems and suggest corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Generate detailed reports on network performance, service levels and KPIs to inform decision-making.

Proactively monitor network capacity and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure scalability.

Ensure adherence to service level agreements by monitoring performance against established thresholds.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Working knowledge of large-scale data manipulation and presentation with tools such as Power BI and Graphana

Advanced ability to create and present technical reports

Entry level understanding of high-speed data, VOIP and IP video delivery and/or components

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in current technical or analytical discipline or 4 or more years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting and process improvement

Excellent communication skills

Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods, working at a computer up to 10 hours per day.

Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Ability to physically operate personal computers, copy machines, telephones, and other common office machines and equipment.
