Commercial Construction Estimator

Job Description

We are a Concrete Construction company in Glendora, CA seeking a skilled commercial Construction Estimator to join our growing team. We're looking for an individual with strong commination skills, and strong analytical skills to accurately estimate the costs of commercial construction projects. Must be familiar with Blue Beam & Procore. Jobs specifics would be reviewing plans and project scopes to accurately determine material, labor, and equipment requirements. Develop detailed estimates, material takeoffs, labor hours, & equipment rental costs. Must know to conduct market research to obtain current pricing for materials. One of the most important qualities we are looking for is someone who can build relationships with our clients and project managers.

We are looking to start part time but move to a full-time position if it's the right fit. Company Description
