As a Customer Support Representative, you will
Professionally and quickly respond to inquiries and develop a positive working relationship with Customers, Operations and Vendors
Research, resolve and respond to customer and logs service issues within specified time period
Maintains and actively communicates current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
Uses industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore and find alternatives to advise/educate the customer
About you
Extensive knowledge within the corporate travel industry
Proficiency in GDS Amadeus
Experience with online support -online booking tools (navigation, technical troubleshooting). I.e Concur
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
Displays a positive customer service attitude
Hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Service Representative II is between $47,000 and $57,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
