Mechanic / Shop Manager

Job Description

Mechanic/Shop Manager: Looking for a full time, experienced mechanic to add to our shop team. Responsibilities/Duties will include; Performing, scheduling and overseeing the service maintenance and repairs on our fleet of dump trucks and equipment. Must have minimum 3 years' experience relative to equipment maintenance / repairs. The shop manager is a new position within the company, so we are seeking someone with a leadership and management experience as well. Must be willing and able to perform the actual work, as needed, in addition to helping manage the 2 other mechanics and their tasks.

Must be reliable, punctual, able to work efficiently and productively without being overseen.
