Expert Staffing West is seeking an Experienced TIG Welder

Dallas, Texas

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM

Pay: $28-32 Hourly, based on experience.

Must have at least 2+ years of experience in: Leading or supervising a team, welding sheet metal, and experience in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Implement policies and procedures according to the company handbook.

Supervise employees involved in the production or processing of goods, including inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators.

Organize work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to achieve production targets set by the supervisor.

Inspect materials, products, or equipment to identify defects or malfunctions.

Monitor work and observe gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure operators adhere to production or processing standards.

Train employees on equipment operations and safety procedures.

Explain specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures to workers.

Review and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records to determine production requirements and assess current production estimates and outputs.

Set up and adjust machines and equipment.
