Job Description
Ø Implement and maintain a comprehensive reliability improvement program.
Ø Monitor critical equipment and assist in the development and implementation of Preventive Maintenance programs.
Ø Implement the vibration monitoring program including data collection, analysis, and corrective actions.
Ø Demonstrate improvement of equipment availability through Reliability KPIs.
Ø Support the non-destructive inspection program with scheduled equipment inspections.
Ø Implement the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program.
Ø Evaluate adequacy of plant inspection and testing programs.
Ø Ensure the inspection database is accurate and documentation is complete.
Ø Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Ø Conduct investigations involving vendors and subject matter specialists to identify failure modes.
Ø Gather and classify data on equipment failures and frequencies.
Ø Develop and implement action plans to eliminate identified failure modes.
Ø Advise on modifications and improvements of maintenance procedures and practices.
Ø Provide technical expertise in job plan development and troubleshooting.
Ø Define and approve repairs to service equipment per RAGAGEPs.
Ø Update equipment records and maintain accurate SAP Bill of Materials.
Ø Participate as a technical adviser on maintenance outages and minor improvement projects.
Ø Ensure specifications and standards are followed for plant modifications.
Ø Review and approve specifications of new equipment.
Ø Participate in pre-start-up safety reviews and assist in commissioning of projects.
Ø Be on call to provide technical support when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
v Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
v 3 - 7 years of engineering experience in a chemical related industry plant environment.
v Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel (required).
v Provide technical expertise to enhance maintenance practices and procedures.
