To continue this mission, we need a world-class creative mind to drive design that directly increases revenue, brand engagement, and customer loyalty.Position Overview
We are seeking a truly elite Graphic and UI/UX Designer — someone who isn't just "good" but world-class at what they do.
This isn’t a role for someone who "dabbles" in Canva. This is a high-leverage position where your creative decisions will directly impact millions in annual revenue.
We need a rare talent who can seamlessly combine beauty and performance across:
Landing Pages that convert cold traffic into loyal customers
Spec Sheets that transform technical information into intuitive, persuasive visual storytelling
Static Ads for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Email Creatives that command attention and drive high open and click rates
Thumbnail Designs that immediately grab attention and boost CTR across channels
Amazon A+ Content that drives conversions and reinforces brand authority
Unique Value Proposition (UVP) Product Images that sell benefits, not just features
You’ll own the visual experience of our key campaigns, working closely with our marketing and product teams.
If you are a designer who can think like a marketer, you will absolutely thrive here.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
UI/UX: Rapidly designing beautiful, high-performing landing pages with a focus on CRO (conversion rate optimization)
Spec Sheets: Producing visually compelling, on-brand technical sheets for a variety of product lines
Ad Creatives: Building thumb-stopping static ads and high-converting thumbnails
Email Visuals: Designing polished, eye-catching creative assets for email marketing
Brand Consistency: Enhancing and evolving our visual identity across ecommerce, email, and paid media
Performance Focus: Iterating based on A/B testing, conversion metrics, and user behavior
Creative Autonomy: Making strategic creative decisions without needing constant hand-holding
Must-Have Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on professional experience in both Graphic Design and UI/UX Design
Mastery of Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and landing page builders
Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting landing pages, static ads, product spec sheets, and email creatives
Deep understanding of ecommerce psychology, buyer journeys, and conversion principles
Ability to translate marketing briefs into emotionally compelling, revenue-driving designs
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where results matter
Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects at once
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal is a MUST)
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in ecommerce, safety gear, tactical, or military product industries
Knowledge of HTML/CSS (helpful but not required)
Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
Knowledge of CRO best practices for landing pages and email marketing
