This position is ideal for mid-level SAP professional to join the Global Enterprise and Platform IT team as Senior Systems Analyst, Order to Ship (OTS) supporting operations. Partnering with cross functional teams, you will provide enterprise support, handle operational improvements, monitor and execute CI/CD pipeline in enterprise applications. This role is vital for Aligns overall business success and ensuring business continuity.

Role expectations

Provide enterprise support for production issues related to Sales Order Processing / Pricing / Contracts / Logistics / Delivery Management, Carrier integration/ Subscriptions/ Global Trade services

Document Root cause analysis for the severity incidents

Support month end, quarter end and year end closing activities

Work with cross functional teams across IT/business to provide production support

Support scheduled system maintenance activities for shutdows/upgrades etc

Support system walkthroughs and review controls needed for Internal/External audit needs

Coordinate with other stakeholders such as business, data, and IT architects to align platform architectures and capabilities according to agreed goals

Make sure that technical debt receives sufficient priority relative to functional requirements, to ensure effectiveness of the end-to-end process.

Work with the Business Owners / Users or other Functional Team members or IT Team members to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement solutions to meet business requirements in CI/CD pipeline and provide post deployment hyper care support

Act as the liaison between the technical team members and the end users for bug triage, prioritization of CI/CD items

Documentation of Solutions, configuration, functional unit testing, cutover and program modifications according to internal standards and audit/control needs

Research new technologies and functionality for making recommendations

Provides day to day support to End Users and perform system monitoring

What we're looking for

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education

Experience: 12+ years in SAP ECC, Sales & Distribution

SAP Order to Cash

Experience working in a global support environment and handling severities

Enterprise Logistics and delivery management involving bolt-on applications on SAP

Enterprise Integration with carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx etc

Good understanding of Master Data management in SAP Order to Cash (customer, Material, output, pricing conditions)

Strong integration skills between SAP and non-SAP applications

Experience working with SAP output Management, Pricing, credit management, Batch jobs

Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay Transparency

If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.

For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
