About the Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our real estate operations by connecting potential tenants with their ideal living spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase properties, answer inquiries, and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current tenants, addressing their needs, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. By effectively marketing our properties and understanding market trends, you will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and enhancing tenant satisfaction. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact the growth and reputation of our leasing portfolio in the Ohio region.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate industry or property management.

Knowledge of local housing market trends.

Familiarity with leasing software and property management systems.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.

Assist potential tenants with the application process and provide necessary documentation.

Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and follow up on leads.

Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote available properties.

Skills:

The required skills of strong communication and interpersonal abilities will be utilized daily as you interact with prospective and current tenants, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly. Customer service experience will help you navigate tenant concerns effectively, fostering a positive living environment. Knowledge of the local housing market will enable you to provide valuable insights to potential tenants, enhancing their leasing experience. Familiarity with leasing software will streamline your workflow, allowing you to manage applications and tenant records efficiently. Overall, these skills will empower you to build lasting relationships and contribute to the overall success of our leasing operations.
