Client Greeting: Warmly welcome guests and clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable upon arrival.

Call Management: Answer and direct telephone calls promptly, forwarding to appropriate departments or taking messages as necessary.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and organize appointment calendars for leadership and other staff members.

Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure sufficient stock and smooth daily operations.

Visitor Records: Maintain accurate visitor logs, ensuring security protocols are upheld.

Customer Service: Address inquiries and provide information about company services with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
