The Client Service Associate will play a key role in supporting financial advisors with back-end administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
Manage administrative duties to support financial advisors and office operations
Ensure accurate processing of new client accounts and related paperwork
Coordinate money movements and assist with advisor-client meetings
Handle executive assistant duties, such as scheduling events and travel
Maintain a strong focus on minimizing errors in all back-end administrative tasks
Assist with complex account types, such as trusts, as required
Support the preparation and follow-up for advisor-client meetings and related documentation
Double as a key support point for managing advisor schedules and travel logistics
Client Service Associate Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in an operations or administrative role
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in relevant financial software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities and a proactive attitude
Experience with Schwab preferred but not required
Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
