Position Summary:

Global Asset Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Corporal (CPL) to serve in a leadership role at our FTY01 security site in Lithia Springs, GA. The CPL will supervise a team of 48 inside security officers and serve as the direct liaison between frontline staff and the Site Supervisor. This position plays a key role in maintaining order, enforcing site protocols, and ensuring professional performance from all officers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily activities of 48 assigned security officers inside the facility

Conduct officer breaks to ensure continuous coverage without compromising security presence

Perform uniform inspections and ensure officers are in compliance with appearance and equipment standards

Relay important site updates and officer concerns to the Site Supervisor and leadership team

Conduct regular radio checks to maintain communication and operational readiness

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or other illegal activity

Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to established procedures

Complete incident reports and ensure accurate, timely documentation of all occurrences

Support onboarding and training of new officers when needed

Lead by example in maintaining professionalism, situational awareness, and customer service standards

Perform badge verification and access control duties at entry points

Monitor security cameras and access control systems, reporting suspicious behavior or safety concerns

Provide clear, calm direction during emergencies or evacuations

Qualifications:

35 years of security experience required

3 + year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

High School diploma or GED required

Must pass a background screening and drug screening

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Professional demeanor, leadership presence, and ability to work under pressure

Schedule:

Full-time; schedule varies by shift assignment

Must be available for weekday and weekend rotations

Holidays may be required
