Seasonal Grounds

Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Seasonal Groundskeeper at our school district.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring that they are clean and presentable at all times.

This is a seasonal position that will require working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Open until filled Responsibilities: * Mow lawns and trim edges using hand and power tools * Plant and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs * Water plants and ensure that they are properly irrigated * Remove weeds and debris from the grounds * Sweep and clean walkways, parking lots, and other areas as needed * Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, and leaf blowers * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in grounds keeping or landscaping preferred * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects * Ability to operate and maintain grounds keeping equipment * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
