Practice Details

A highly regarded cancer care center in Boise, ID is seeking a locum tenens Hospitalist with a focus on oncology and hematology. This is a great opportunity for a board-certified provider to deliver specialized care within an inpatient setting, supported by a collaborative team of outpatient oncologists.

Scope of Practice:

Inpatient rounding, admissions, consultations

Treat oncology and hematology patients

Administer appropriate medications

No call or supervision of other healthcare providers

No APP coverage; outpatient Oncologists available for support

EMR: EPIC

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified in Medical Oncology or combined Medical Oncology/Hematology - IM with experience not accepted

Idaho License, CSR, DEA, and BLS - REQUIRED

COVID-19 Vaccinated - REQUIRED

Clean background and malpractice history - REQUIRED

Immediate availability at name clear - REQUIRED

Local candidates preferred (no flight requirement)
