Maintenance Technician--Highlands at Sugar

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings to ensure they are in optimal condition.

Qualifications: * Experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.

* Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

* Ability to handle power tools and machinery safely.

* Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other systems.

* Excellent physical condition and stamina.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: * Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

* Performing preventative maintenance tasks.

* Handling basic repairs and troubleshooting various systems.

* Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.

* Assisting with the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.

* Collaborating with contractors and other workers when necessary.

* Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

* Following health and safety guidelines.

Preferred Skills: * Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

* Experience with maintenance software.

* Strong attention to detail.
