Job Title: Dispatcher Job ID: 80023 Location: Sarasota, Florida Overview: As a dispatcher, you'll set the daily schedule, schedule service calls, route up to 20 technicians, and communicate with customers about the status of their appointments. This is not a remote position, in person attendance is mandatory. What you will be doing:
Answer calls to schedule service or maintenance appointments
Make outbound calls to schedule part returns
Enter and maintain customer data within the system
Route technicians, perform a debrief close out of each job
Process maintenance agreements and invoice payments
Cross train to assist dispatching technicians for other departments when necessary Nice to have:
Strong multi-tasker
Minimum (1) year dispatch experience
Familiarity with the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated listening and written/verbal communication
Computer Proficiency
Service Titan Experience (Highly preferred) Salary/Rate Range: $18.00 -$23.00/hour Other Information: Benefits
