Reports To: Store Manager FLSA Status: Part or Full-Time, Non-Exempt Updated: April 2025 Summary An ERIK'S Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing knowledgeable, personalized service.

This role involves assisting customers in selecting products that meet their specific needs, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and achieving individual and store sales goals.

Associates are expected to develop strong product expertise, support merchandising efforts, and contribute to a positive team environment.

* Support store retail operations and merchandising.
