Controller

This respected organization is hiring a Controller that will oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including staff leadership, reporting, analysis, and compliance. Controller will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to drive strategy and ensure strong financial performance.

Highlighted Duties:

Lead and manage the accounting department (A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations).

Establish and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and systems.

Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance.

Develop budgets, forecasts, and key performance benchmarks.

Provide analysis for capital investments, pricing strategies, and contracts.

Guide the team in external audits and ensure timely filings of quarterly and annual reports.

Support staff development through training and mentorship.

Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Highlighted Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or similar.

10+ years of progressive accounting experience.

CPA or CMA designation preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with accounting and tax software.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
