Hiring Warehouse Associates in Brighton, CO

Join our dynamic team in the Denver area, where you will play a vital role in ensuring that electrical wire, components, and large equipment are shipped efficiently to service technicians. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for selecting specific parts and orders, reading shipping labels, and preparing them for shipment using a hand pallet jack.

Pay: $21.00hr - $22.00hr (based on experience)

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM

(5-15 hours of OT a week)

Job Description:

Select specific parts and orders for service technicians.

Read and interpret shipping labels accurately.

Prepare orders for shipment and place them at the shipping dock.

Operate a hand pallet jack to manage inventory.

Maintain a high level of productivity and work ethic.

Ensure orders are shipped accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly.

Basic math skills, including simple addition.

Experience in construction or landscaping industry preferred.

Comfortable working in a loud, dirty, and temperature-variable environment.

Strong work ethic and ability to work with purpose.

Experience in warehouse or order selecting is advantageous.

Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.

Openness to training in a fast-paced industrial warehouse.

Work alongside a team of 15 warehouse employees in an industrial distribution setting.

Be prepared for a dynamic environment with large bay doors open throughout the day, leading to cold conditions in winter and heat in summer.

Dress code includes steel-toed boots and jeans without holes.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
