Job Description
Join our dynamic team in the HDLC Department where you will be responsible for assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for our High Density Liquid Cooling product. You will utilize hand and power tools, follow blueprints to build complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures, and learn skills such as brazing and grinding to refine the finished product. This role requires standing throughout the shift and involves both individual and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for cooling products.
Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
Follow blueprints to create complex assemblies of cooling systems.
Learn and apply brazing techniques
Assembled products.
Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Experience or willingness to learn assembly techniques.
Ability to understand and follow blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Desire to enter the manufacturing industry.
3+ months of assembly experience preferred.
Knowledge or experience working with tools.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.

Work Environment
Work in a very large, high-speed manufacturing environment that is clean but can become hot during summer as it is not temperature controlled. The position is not on an assembly line and requires flexibility for mandatory overtime when needed. Current openings are available for the 1st shift, with hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MinnesotaPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
