Plant Manager- Weekly Pay $$- Start ASAP
Pay: $90K-$100K
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4 pm
Our company is looking for a motivated and skilled plant manager! As a Plant Manager, you will actively plan, deploy, and advise necessary actions to meet the Corporate Scorecard and Performance goals. You will manage the production of all products and coordinate production schedules, while developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and production rates.
Responsibilities:
Manage production of all products and coordinate production schedules.
Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and production rates.
Handle all aspects of personnel management at the plant level in conjunction with the Human Resources Manager & SVP of Operations as necessary.
Define capital projects including cost justification and timing.
Manage and coordinate assigned projects including bid approval and equipment purchasing.
Maintain a safe work environment, driving safety programs, practices, and training.
Determine facility maintenance issues and establish preventive maintenance practices.
Direct quality control and training to meet company and customer quality requirements.
Perform necessary audits to ensure all compliance needs are met.
Troubleshoot errors and quickly implement error-proofing techniques.
Track actual performance versus budget for production, projects, and costs.
Promote a Continuous Improvement philosophy throughout the plant and implement process improvements.
Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience.
5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with packaging equipment.
