Now Hiring: Experienced Cherry Picker Operator – $18/hr

Location: Phoenix

Schedule: 2nd Shift 1p-9:30p and Saturdays

Pay: $18.00/hour

Are you an experienced Cherry Picker Operator looking for a full-time role with consistent hours, weekly pay, and guaranteed overtime? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse team that knows how to get the job done right—and safely.

What You'll Do:

Operate a Cherry Picker (and possibly a Reach Forklift) to load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts

Work at warehouse rack heights of up to 25 feet

Use RF scanners and basic computer systems

Safely lift and move items weighing up to 80 lbs

Be on your feet, moving and lifting throughout your shift

Maintain clean and organized workspaces

Support a culture of safety by following all operating procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Work Experience

Requirements:

1+ year of Cherry Picker (Order Picker) experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Must be 18+ years old

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work at elevated heights (25 ft)

Able to pass a pre-employment background check (No theft-related charges)

Must pass a drug screening, including THC

Comfortable using RF scanners and computers

High attention to detail and scanning accuracy

Willing to work mandatory overtime

Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
