Volt is immediately hiring for a Product Support Sales Representative - Heavy Equipment in Albuquerque, NM.
This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000+ base salary plus commission.
Open to local relocation for the right candidate.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience working on heavy mobile equipment in the construction and/or mining industry (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, control systems).
Experience as a technician and/or in a lead/supervisory role.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents, write reports, and speak effectively to customers and internal teams.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
Passport and CDL are helpful due to potential international travel (1 week to a month outside of the US).As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will:
This role is approximately 50% technical and 40% sales.
Represent Product Support and Sales Group to customers, interfacing with them to keep machines operational.
Travel throughout territories to call on customers and sell prime product parts, service, and related products, including construction and mining equipment for water, oil, and fuels.
Provide on-site technicaL support and training for prime product installations.
Work as a liaison between departments (purchasing, engineering, logistics) and customers for service, modifications, parts, and warranty issues.
Execute sales plans, including cold calling and site visits.
Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts.
Prepare business transaction reports, trip reports, and monitor expense accounts.Benefits:
