We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team, servicing multi-family housing units across the Newark, Ohio area. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of our properties.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential maintenance, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance across properties.

Handle drywall repairs, painting, and light carpentry work.

Respond to work orders in a timely manner and document completed tasks.

Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety and quality standards.

Assist with unit turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.

Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and report when items need restocking.

Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their concerns professionally.Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in residential or multi-family property maintenance is required.

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.

Ability to use basic tools and equipment necessary for maintenance work.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Benefits:
