Maintenance Technician – Property Management

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

HVAC Certification: Preferred but not required

We have an urgent need to complete a high volume of work orders. We're looking for candidates with a basic skill set in plumbing and electrical work. HVAC certification is a strong plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete and troubleshoot apartment maintenance requests

Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs

Change/repair locks and light fixtures

Install and repair appliances

Conduct interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repairs

Perform pressure washing, groundskeeping, and general outdoor upkeep

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and dependability

Ability to take direction and work well with a team

Basic hand tools required (e.g., screwdriver, pliers, wrenches)

Power tools a plus

Able to lift 40–50 lbs
