Job Description
We are seeking an Inspector to conduct thorough inspections of electrical assemblies in accordance with IPC standards. The role involves performing visual inspections and functional testing of products, ensuring product integrity through audits, and entering inspection results into an automated database.
Responsibilities
Inspect electrical assemblies in accordance with IPC standards.
Perform visual inspection and functional testing of products following prescribed instructions.
Enter inspection results into an automated database.
Ensure product integrity through product and process audits.
Inspect soldering on circuit boards.Essential Skills
Quality Assurance experience or technical equivalent in a manufacturing environment for a minimum of 3 years.
Experience in inspecting electrical/mechanical assemblies.
Knowledge of IPC standards.
Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma.
US Citizenship.
Proficiency in reading and writing English.
2+ years’ experience in manufacturing/receiving environment.
J-STD-001 certification is a plus or willingness to maintain certification within 6 months of hire.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is based in a manufacturing environment with an option for 1st shift work. Start times range from 6am to 7am, with an 8-hour work schedule, and every other Friday off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clarksburg, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
