Job Title: Pipe Welder
Job Description
We are seeking skilled pipe welders with experience in TIG, MIG, and flux welding to join our team on the first shift. The working hours are from 5 AM to 4:30 PM, with 8-hour shifts on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints and drawings and read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
Set up components for welding according to specifications, such as cutting material with powered saws to match measurements.
Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces together.
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, or overhead.
Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.Essential Skills
Proficiency in welding, fabrication, MIG, TIG, and pipe welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience in using welding equipment and tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of safety procedures in a fabrication shop environment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a fabrication shop that is non-climate controlled. You will work with various welding technologies and equipment in a dynamic and hands-on environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
