Cleanroom Operators Needed in New Brighton, MN 1st & 3rd Shifts Available $21-24/hr
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Technicians to join our substrates department in an innovative medical device production environment. This role involves working in a clean room setting to produce electronic boards used in the medical industry, operating various machines to ensure high-quality product outcomes.
Responsibilities
Meet daily assembly and build targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Assemble medical devices using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment.
Assist with testing and the final stages of packaging of wafers.
Handle materials including refilling supplies, checking out/in pastes, and measuring paste.
Retrieve items from the Axapta pickling list.
Perform thickness, screen, and viscosity measurements.

Work Environment
The role is based in a newer facility with a clean room environment. Employees are required to wear booties, smock, hair net/beard net, and gloves. The work setting is smaller but highly focused on quality. It is a team-oriented environment with shifts including 2nd Shift (2:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.) and 3rd Shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday night to Friday morning).

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $24.00/hr.
