Client is a Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization specializing in multi-axis machining of complex metal components. We are committed to quality, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Program multi-axis CNC lathes using Esprit, Mastercam, Gibbs, or similar advanced CAM software.
Provide technical support to the production floor for machining operations and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation: set-up sheets, tooling lists, and inspection requirements.
Identify and resolve process issues affecting manufacturing performance and quality.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
Collaborate with machine tool and tooling suppliers to introduce new technologies and resolve production challenges.
Design and develop custom fixturing for precision component manufacturing.
Qualifications
10+ years of CNC lathe programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Expertise in machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and alloy steels.
Experience working with billets, castings, forgings, and varied material conditions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and advanced CAM software (Esprit, Mastercam, Gibbs).
Experience with SolidWorks CAD a plus.
Strong project management skills and experience leading new project development.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems and documentation.
Demonstrated experience in corrective action procedures and continuous improvement.
Physical & Compliance Requirements
Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly.
Comfortable with extended periods of standing.
Must adhere to all company safety protocols.
Vision requirements: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8.
Due to ITAR compliance, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
