Immediate need for senior on-site service specialist (package handler/Mailroom) seeking growing, high tech and fortune 500. Must be able to use a pallet jack., responsible for daily mail and package delivery and skilled in word and outlook will be keys to success in this growing, high tech, Fortune 500 organization. Will be responsible for runs high volume copy machines and performs binding, operating high volume document imaging systems. and operating MS office and email systems for opening, for Printing and Publishing company. POSITION PROFILE

Provides operational support in high volume document duplication, imaging, and mail management, including equipment operation and software use.

Handles shipping/receiving, mail distribution, and copier maintenance. May perform receptionist duties, bindery, QC, and building support tasks.

Reports to Site Manager or Supervisor based on site structure

Will be responsible for daily mail and package delivery. This will include sending emails to customer upon arrival of packages/pallets, keeping logbooks up to date, and consistent communication with customers and team. Must be able to use a pallet jack. The manager is looking for anyone who is skilled in Word and Outlook. Those who can work in a fast-paced environment. Those who can take control with little direction from management. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. and help drivers unload trucks daily. Must be able to use a pallet jack to move pallets. Must be able to withstand the heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
