Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Our facility is a well-oiled machine and we're seeking an experienced SNF RN to oversee risk management and quality improvement

Job Details

M-F days working in-person in a SNF / LTC facility overseeing qualify and risk management.

What you will be doing:

Investigate, review, report all accidents and incidents

Work proactively with staff to reduce future potential accidents

OSHA reporting and log

QAPI and Audits

Policy creation

Skills you need:

RN license

Experience working in a skilled nursing / long term care facility is required

Quality improvement / risk management experience is highly preferred
