Job Description
Begin your career in a general assembly role where you will use hand tools to assemble the exterior of units. With time, training will be provided for wiring and testing the units. There is an opportunity to get certified in brazing for those interested, which comes with an included raise. The role involves working with both hand and power tools, following work instructions to assemble units, and standing throughout the shift. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities

Follow work instructions precisely.
Stand for extended periods during the shift.
Assist in multiple areas as required.
Perform wiring and testing of units after training.

Work Environment
This position is located in the Cooling Department, which operates in a high-speed, dynamic environment. It is not an assembly line, allowing for diverse tasks and movement. The facility is non-temperature controlled, emphasizing the need for adaptability. Operating in a tobacco-free facility, employees work 1st shift from 7:30am to 3:30pm, with potential overtime starting as early as 5:30am, or 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, with potential overtime working as late as 1:30am. Overtime is mandatory when required and communicated in advance, with occasional mandatory Saturdays scheduled well ahead.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.07 - $21.07/hr.
