Corporate FP&A Leader – Radnor, PA (3 days onsite/MUST BE LOCAL) - $110K + 22% Bonus

Global billion-dollar business seeking experienced FP&A professional to support financial modeling, strategic initiatives, reporting and budget planning. Work closely with senior leadership teams across the business to drive performance and growth.

Corporate FP&A Leader – Responsibilities

Create financial models and track key performance indicators

Analyze financial plans, budget, and forecast reports

Track variance analysis

Assist with annual budgeting process, strategic planning and growth opportunities

Build financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate investment decisions

Analyze current and past trends with revenue drivers

Analyze operating costs and capital expenditure

Work closely with senior management teams and assist with special projects

Corporate FP&A Leader – Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

MBA or CPA a plus

6+ years MINIMUM corporate finance FP&A experience

Executive presence

Track record of impactful outcomes

Demonstrate ability to drive + influence decisions

Business Case development experience
