Responsibilities:

Lead finance initiatives and projects, including developing new or enhancing existing reporting materials.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to streamline and improve financial processes and outcomes.

Analyze financial files volumes, margins, historical trends, and servicing portfolio data.

Perform deep-dive analyses of department expenses and compute journal entries for month-end closings.

Assist with forecasting processes and own portions of financial forecast models, including P&L and cash flow.

Train and coach a team of financial analysts to support organizational goals.

Continuously optimize and enhance financial and reporting processes.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and maintain regular attendance.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years in FP&A

Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

Technical expertise in querying data for reporting and conducting ad-hoc analyses.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or similar
