About the Role - As a Risk Management Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' success. Imagine working closely with insureds, crafting customized solutions that protect their interests while collaborating with talented underwriters to ensure comprehensive coverage. You'll equip our clients with cutting-edge risk management tools and insights, empowering them to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Empower Clients: Review policies and operations, identifying gaps and implementing tailored corrective action plans.

Tools for Success: Provide our customers with access to effective risk management tools and knowledge that drive results.

Assessment & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our internal control frameworks to help our company soar to new heights.

Travel & Connect: Build lasting relationships through occasional travel to meet with our insureds and producers.

Trend Spotting: Analyze individual risks and classes to uncover trends that shape our strategic decisions.

Qualifications - Previous insurance experience is a plus, but if you have a passion for client interaction and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Required Skills - Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, will be essential to your success.

Preferred Skills - Bilingual? Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply, but it's not a dealbreaker!
