Strategic Leadership: Partner in leading the optimization of Revenue Cycle Management policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with UK HealthCare’s mission, vision, and values.
Strong Partnerships: Build strong enterprise-wide relationships collaborating with physicians, clinical leaders and senior executives for optimal RCM outcomes.
Impactful Leadership: Lead performance-focused teams to reduce revenue leakage while improving the patient experience through operational excellence & system innovation.
Continuous Improvement: Foster communication through meetings, monitor the work environment for improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives when and where appropriate for continued enhancement of the revenue cycle.

Requirements:
Education: Master of Science
Experience: Minimum of 9 years of related experience.
Licenses & Certifications: None
Preferred Education & Experience: Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Administration and/or Public Health highly preferred.
Schedule & Compensation:
Work Schedule: Primarily, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Additional hours will be required as needed to perform job duties.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive lifetime salary range of $156,062 to $294,861, with starting offers determined by experience, qualifications, and other variables.
