A financial services firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Performance Analyst. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement reporting solutions for Private Credit Funds.
Develop and update marketing collateral, including performance summaries and track record documentation.
Prepare and conduct quality reviews of quarterly investor reporting packages.
Respond to investor inquiries and support ad hoc information requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university.
5–7 years of experience at a private credit fund, hedge fund, or similar financial institution, with a focus on calculating performance and exposure metrics.
Solid understanding of core portfolio company financial indicators, including EBITDA, leverage ratios, loan-to-value (LTV), and interest coverage ratio (ICR).
Advanced Excel proficiency, with a strong aptitude for working with large datasets; programming experience (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) is a plus.
Strong academic credentials, as evidenced by high GPA and standardized test scores (e.g., SAT).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
