Director of Finance - Start-Up

High growth technology company is searching for a Head of Finance to work directly with the CFO and help their rapidly growing team. This position will also lead all company finance activities, and help set the strategic direction of the company. The company has seen extensive growth over the past year and as a result, they are looking to add to their finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead annual budgeting process, including collaborating with business leaders to understand and make decisions on financial trade-offs and investment opportunities

Create and manage financial models that support the organization's strategic planning

Oversee business insurance, risk management, and legal activities

Review, monitor, recommend improvements to finance policies and procedures

Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems in accordance with GAAP standards, regulatory requirements, and other policies

Oversee coordination and monitoring of cash operations and capital planning

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

CPApreferred

10+ years management experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
