Job Title: TIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welding/Engineering Technician to join our team. This hands-on role collaborates closely with our Engineering staff to build and test thermal products. The position involves providing welding support for all products and contributing to various aspects of product development, manufacturing transitions, tooling design, and process development.
Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding of aerospace products.
Support engineering staff in designing, fabricating, and testing thermal products and support hardware.
Identify materials according to material identification and inspection procedures.
Brazing or soldering thermal products and support hardware.
Utilize initiative, imagination, and knowledge to assist in design, fabrication, and testing.
Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Aid in developing responsive delivery schedules.
Assist in developing fabrication and test procedures and methods.
Conduct preventive maintenance as required.
Perform in-process and final inspections as necessary.Essential Skills
Professional TIG welding training and/or 3-5 years of TIG welding experience.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and inspection.
Experience with fabricating, brazing, machining, assembly, and testing.Why Work Here

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and climate-controlled, ensuring comfort and safety during work hours. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with alternating work weeks.
Job Location
This is based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
