Desktop Support

Position: Desktop Support - Woodward

Compensation: $21 - $24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Configure and install workstations and laptops in a networked environment

Identify network, hardware, and software problems using diagnostic skills

Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications

Maintain system performance to meet reliability expectations

Serve as the escalation point for technical issues

Document and resolve reported issues in the ticketing system

Install and troubleshoot peripheral devices like printers

Travel up to 50% of the work week

Required Qualifications & Experience:

24 credit hours in computer science or related field

Two years of IT technical support experience

Troubleshooting skills and job-related certifications

Excellent customer service and soft skills

Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with ServiceNow

Networking experience

Mobile device support experience

PC refresh and phone upgrade experience
