Credit Collections Supervisor

We are working with the Director of Credit for a Consumer Services company based in Essex County, NJ. Experiencing high growth, they are looking to add a Credit & Collections Supervisor to join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effect collections through communications with customers and other representatives

Clearly calculate and collect late fees

Report and assist resolution of customer claims and accurate application of cash receipts and reconciling adjustments

Help manage credit exposure through order releases

Communicate clearly with Credit Management and Sage300

Assist preparation of detailed, clear, and frequent senior management reports

REQUIREMENTS:

Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of experience within the Construction Industry

Great communication and Excel skills
