Sr. Finance Analyst

The primary function of the Senior Financial Analyst is to transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business. This position works in conjunction with business leaders across the company to drive business improvement through a better understanding of and access to financial metrics and key performance indicators. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with monthly forecasting and financial reporting as well as annual budgeting and strategic planning.

The right fit for this position must have previous or current FP&A experience.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization, including financial reporting, sales dashboards, and operational efficiency metrics

Work collaboratively with department leaders to review monthly financial results and develop plans for ongoing improvement

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for consumption by Executive Leadership, the Board, and Lending partners

Assess and analyze data from a variety of sources to gain insights into sales strategies and market trends to increase market share and profitability.

Aid operations teams in improving labor efficiency, inventory planning, and distribution network design.

Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives to improve profitability.
