We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Services Associate. This role provides critical administrative and sales support to Financial Advisors while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to Financial Advisors and clients
Maintain and update client account records; support Advisors with special projects as needed
Coordinate and prepare materials for client review meetings and facilitate new account openings
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments with precision
Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports promptly and accurately
Research and arrange complex travel itineraries, compiling all required documentation
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding in-person and phone-based service
Draft and prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
Monitor and follow up on time-sensitive tasks to ensure timely completion
Handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain orderly records and documentation systems
Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
FINRA Series 7 and 66 required
1+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
Knowledge of general office operations and equipment
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Professional demeanor with a positive, proactive attitude
