Position Summary:

Senior Manager, Business Planning & Analysis will play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of our airport hospitality services across the Americas. Working closely with the U.S. and Canada leadership team, this role will lead the financial and strategic assessment of new business opportunities, support preparing competitive tender proposals, and ensure robust financial modeling and data-driven decision-making to enable sustainable growth. In addition, ongoing market analysis and assessments, including opportunity-cost based research to ensure optimal use of company assets (time, money, resources).

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development Support:

Collaborate with the Directors, Business Development in U.S., Canada and Latin America to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in line with regional strategy.

Support the cultivation of partnerships and alliances that can lead to new location developments or enhancements of existing services.

Market Feasibility & Financial Modeling:

Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies for potential new locations or service offerings.

Develop detailed financial models and business proformas in coordination with the regional finance team to assess project viability and ROI.

Consolidate and validate key input data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy of financial projections.

Proposal & Tender Development:

Lead the coordination and project management of tender submissions, including technical narratives, financial proposals, and design concepts.

Work closely with Business Development team in Americas region as well as HQ.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and various departments to ensure proposals meet submission requirements and reflect organizational capabilities.

Track and report on all pre- and post-tender activities, including outcomes and lessons learned.

Prepare and present complete business feasibility cases, including P&L forecasts, risk assessments, and strategic alignment.

Contractual & Legal Coordination:

Liaise with the Legal team to review lease agreements, memorandum of understanding (MOUs), and partnership contracts to ensure business interests are safeguarded and all legal requirements are met.

Reporting & Analysis:

Consolidate and present regional project updates, financial summaries, and strategic recommendations to the Regional Directors and SVP for the region.

Support ad-hoc analysis and data-driven projects that influence business direction and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategic development, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or real estate sector.

Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

Experience managing RFPs/tender submissions and cross-functional project coordination.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
