Our client is looking for someone with experience in the construction industry as a Project Account who has worked on projects of above $10M. This individual is needs to be collaborative, organized, and resilient.
Required Skills:
Handle Accounts Payable invoices and payment procedures.
Establish and input project budgets.
Oversee the Owner Billing Process.
Manage intercompany invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
Aid in Monthly Cost Reporting and the monthly financial closing process.
Uphold compliance with Accounting policies across all projects.
Correspond with vendors and clients.
Manage document organization.
Reconcile contracts.
Conduct analysis on costs and revenue.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
4+ years experience in Project Accounting.
Experience working as a Project Accountant in the construction industry.
Organised individuals.
Proficiency ins MS packages including excel, and sage Timberline.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Strong written and oral communications skills and strong initiative.
