Treasury Analyst

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team and help optimize our cash and liquidity management strategies.

Position Summary:

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing day-to-day corporate treasury operations, ensuring adequate liquidity, executing cash management strategies, and supporting treasury-related reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a corporate treasury environment and a strong understanding of cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity across bank accounts.

Manage cash forecasting and prepare variance analyses.

Execute internal and external wire transfers and support payment processing activities.

Assist in managing banking relationships, including account setup and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies.

Support debt compliance and covenant reporting.

Assist in evaluating and implementing treasury management systems and banking platforms.

Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to support strategic cash planning.

Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end treasury reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a corporate treasury, banking, or finance environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
