TITLE: Client Service - Vice President
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall execution of investor communication
Coordinate with members of the Investor Relations, Legal and Accounting teams to provide timely responses to investor and prospective investor inquiries, relating to various topics such as fund administration, tax, and compliance
Responsible for new client onboarding, coordination of all documentation, setting up reporting requirements and updating of all contact information and distribution lists
Manage documentation for all inflows/outflows across OHA products including directly iterating with investors on any documentation deficiencies
Coordinate with third party administrators to process subscriptions and redemptions and handle AML/KYC and other investor issues
Coordinate with members of the Investor Relations and Treasury teams to process updates to wire instructions and authorized signatory lists
Coordinate with outside counsel as well as Legal and Accounting departments to implement and document all transfer requests
Manage incoming cash process to ensure funds are reviewed and cleared in a timely manner
Play active role in development and maintenance of investor database
Support other key group client coverage initiatives including annual investor conference
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with proven academic success
8+ years of client service experience at an investment firm
Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication skills
Extremely detail oriented, organized, accurate and thorough
Strong work ethic and proactive, team-oriented attitude; strive to contribute and improve efficiencies
Proven ability to manage a large volume of work in a fast paced, high energy environment
