Position Overview

They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join their investment team. The Associate will play a critical role in evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, supporting portfolio companies, and contributing to the overall investment strategy of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for potential investments

Participate in all aspects of the deal process, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and execution

Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee

Support portfolio company management teams with strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and add-on acquisitions

Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies

Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors to drive value creation

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Demonstrated interest in private equity and investing across multiple sectors

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
